You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, please contact me by email and include your name, order number and the product you wish to return.

The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Custom Portraits

Custom portraits are individually painted based on your own photos and personal requests. As each portrait is created specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong product, please contact me as soon as possible and I will help you resolve the issue.
